Modern technologies have reached such a level that the framework of person training unequivocally defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding the mass participation system. We are forced to start from the fact that the introduction of modern methods provides a wide circle (specialists) in the formation of both self -sufficient and apparently dependent conceptual decisions.
